SB347 HFA Canterbury 3-11#1 

            Delegate Canterbury moves to amend SB347 HJUD AM 3-7 #1 on page nine, section three, line fifteen, after the word “dollars.” by inserting the following: “ Provided, That in addition to any penalty hereunder, any person prohibited from carrying a firearm pursuant to section seven, article seven, chapter sixty-one, who carries a firearm in a concealed manner, shall be guilty of a separate and distinct felony, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be imprisoned in the penitentiary not less than one year nor more than five years and fined not less than one thousand dollars nor more than five thousand dollars, which sentence shall run consecutively, not concurrently.”.
